Jesus Christ gave only one strategy for rescuing humanity from perishing:

"Go and proclaim the gospel to all. Make disciples of all the nations, teaching them to obey all that I have commanded."

How are you to apply Jesus's strategy in your life? How will you fully exercise your privilege to see many disciples saved and prospering in God’s kingdom?

At Into His Harvest Training School our mission is to help you succeed as a disciple maker. We know that to make disciples you must be a fully developed disciple yourself, empowered by His Spirit, utilizing His gifts, well taught in His ways and knitted together with His church. So our aim is to help you fully develop. As you learn to be a disciple, you also learn how to make disciples.

There is more to disciple making than just training individuals to know the Bible and practice personal disciplines — although that is part of what we do. Making disciples must include teamwork training with fellow church members, because today much of the ministry of Christ is carried out by the joint efforts of the body of Christ, His church.

Into His Harvest provides the local church dimension for you, as all our training takes place in a local church context. Classroom teachers are frontline local church members, and half your training is hands-on experience with dynamic local church ministry teams. There won’t be much adjustment to “real life” when you leave, because this school is as close to real life as we can get!

Jesus’s desire for you (John 15:8,16 ) is that you produce much fruit (including more disciples), and that your fruit should remain (established in local church community).
