A basic premise of Into His Harvest is that the life of the teacher is the life of his/her teaching. And life, we believe, flows only through relationship. So to ensure that we minister the life of God, utmost importance is placed on the staff members’ relationship with the Lord and the anointing of the Holy Spirit on their ministry. And of course, the teaching atmosphere between the teachers and students is informal and relational.
