What class resources do I receive?

• Recordings

• Every IHH Distance Learning class includes recordings of all the class sessions on DVD (video) and, when available, audio CD. IHH audio CDs are in mp3 format. This means they will play on later model CD and DVD players, or you can download the audio files from the CD to your iPod or other mp3 player.

• IHH Distance Learning recordings may not be shared or passed on to others. The DVDs and CDs must be returned to IHH when you have completed your class. (For more detailed information, see the “Terms of Service” that come with the recordings.)

• A refundable “Media Deposit” must be submitted for each IHH Distance Learning class you are enrolled in.

Media Deposit per class....................................$75

NOTE: Your Media Deposit can be refunded to you once the  recordings you used are received back at IHH. However, if you’d like, your Media Deposit can be left in your IHH account so you won’t have to submit it again the next time you enrol. Just let us know!

• Student Manual (and Textbook, if applicable)

• The Student Manual contains the class notes provided by your teacher plus supplementary information, assignments, etc. Some classes also include an added textbook; others use only the Student Manual.

• Email support

• If you have problems or questions about an IHH Distance Learning class, the IHH staff can be reached simply by sending an email to the email address given with the recordings (and at the bottom of this page) or by clicking "Contact Us" on the main menu bar of this website.

What about shipping and handling?

• If it is necessary for IHH to ship your class resources to you, a shipping and handling (S&H) fee will need to accompany your tuition. S&H fees are as follows:

• Return shipping – All return S&H arrangements and costs are your responsibility.
